With over 35 years’ experience in the health care and emergency services industry, we have witnessed first-hand the recent devastating bushfires and floods, and the disruption caused by the global COVID-19 Pandemic. It has been a tough few years, and those who have served on the front line have felt the physical and emotional impact.

In 2021, Responder Wear was launched as an online apparel store born out of our deep commitment to support and equip you, “our people", as you continue giving back to your communities. We know it can be a thankless task at times, but we see you and we appreciated all you do.

Over time we have evolved from an apparel retailer to a business that sources the highest quality, field tested medical equipment, clothing, and accessories – things we know you need. We have worked closely with the First Responder community to design our own range of innovative products, which led to the launch of our most sought-after item, the Responder Pack™.

We are based in Sydney, AustraliaIn and in May 2025 we changed our name to Responder Aid. As our business evolves, we maintain our unwavering focus on providing life-saving gear that can make all the difference in an emergency situation. We encourage our community and Aussie businesses to be well equipped and well trained.
